You can represent your data in form of graphs

Data can be represented in so many different ways as long as it brings out the information that is required. One can decide to put it in writing and then they read it out to the required people or you can use slides in Microsoft powerpoint and you can also use the pie charts, graphs to represent the data that you have collected. What matters is the end result and that you have shown and explained how you came to that conclusion. Graphs and charts can be found in Microsoft excel which is a spreadsheet program. Microsoft excel is a computer program that can make your work to be very easy cause you do not need to draw the graphs it automatically does that or you. All you need to do is just to write down the data you want it to be represented and then let excel do the rest for you. There are several graph options, you simply select that fits your data. With use of the help with excel graphs then they will show you on how to do about it. Once you click on help menu then you will be assisted in creating a graph of your choice.
