When I was a first time eBay shopper I was really rusty on my skills of buying stuff off the site. I was regular at a shop like Amazon because that was where I bought all my course text books for my university classes eBay on the other hand was a world on its own. This is because of all the things one could get on eBay. It was a mega market place, like a mall but of people walking in to it they browse through it. I have an impulse buying problems and eBay was not helping at all. Everything that I saw on eBay I wanted and I never even took the time to check if it was still available or not. The first time I bought a couple of things that I had not planned for I got an email that interpreted the purchases were ebay codes which was short for an error in the purchase. Further investigation disclosed that the items I was looking to buy were not there and that was why I was having problems. |

My favorite city is Santa Rosa CA. It is located in northern California about 35 miles north of San Francisco. It's a great place to escape the steel structure designs of Frisco and get a bit more peace and quiet. It is a medium sized city with lots of attractions, such as the Luther Burbank Gardens, where horticulturist, Luther Burbank, developed a number of innovative types of plants. When you visit the gardens, you’ll see huge examples of his thornless cacti, as well as a number of other interesting plants. Visiting the gardens is free, and you can also walk right across the street to the Luther Burbank park and have a picnic or a nice stroll around the park. Charles Schultz, the creator of the Peanuts comic strip also lived in Santa Rosa, and you’ll see statues of Peanuts characters all over town. There are lots of interesting things to see at the Charles Schultz Museum and Research Center. Aside from attractions, Santa Rosa is just a nice place to visit. You can walk around the streets and appreciate the Victorian throughout the downtown neighborhoods. Santa Rosa is conveniently located to visit big cities like San Francisco, to go to the ocean, or to take a trip to Lake Tahoe for skiing and gambling, yet it still has a small-town feel. |
