Police men are people who need to have a serious coaching

Policemen are employed by the government. Their do is to maintain and to create peace in the country. They are people who protect the country from outsiders who are likely to harm them. They watch every move of the outsiders so that they don’t get to harm other people. Police protect people’s property from been stolen and taken by other people by force. People are not just picked to become police people but they must be trained to be seeing if they are capable of protecting people and doing the work of the police. The performance coaching of the police is determined through the training because it’s not usually easy but a hard one and they must severe for them to be employed by the government. They are supposed to show good performance by treating people the same way without favoring their families and friends. They have a right to punish those people who are doing things which are not allowed to be done. They have a right to punish the wrong doing people but they don’t have a right to take life of somebody by killing them because that is not their jobs.
