My feet are happiest in my comfortable, brown Dansko clogs. They may not be the most stylish pair of shoes but the Dansko shoe company simply makes shoes and clogs that work with my feet. When I wear my Dansko clogs, I can literally walk for miles and never feel discomfort or develop blisters. I used to try and cheap it out by buying less expensive shoes, but I would always develop foot pain or blisters on my toes. Not so with my Dansko clogs. Although they are more expensive, I always tell people that the expense is well worth it because I am able to wear the clogs and be comfortable for hours. Another feature of my favorite clogs that makes me an extremely satisfied shoe owner is that the Dansko clogs last for years. This actually saves me money in the long run because I am not continually buying new pairs of shoes. My favorite brown clogs have lasted me for the last five years. And, the soles are as strong and sturdy today as they were on the first day that I purchased them. In fact, the main reason that I may ever need to buy a new pair of clogs is that I decide I finally want to change the color of my favorite shoes. Comfortable feet are happy feet and that is how mine feel in my cozy Dansko clogs. |

In 1979, Neil Diamond sang "Forever in Blue Jeans." Almost a uniform for teens and many young adults, jeans are a staple in most people's wardrobes - rich or poor, clotheshorse or slob, young or old. They go with almost anything - from snug boots to silky tops. Then again, jeans don't have to be blue, nor do they have to go with the typical T-shirt. A pair of jeans can be casual, or meant for heavy labor jobs, but they can also be streamlined and form-fitting, paired with a stylish shirt or sweater, for either men or women. Sneakers or dress shoes both work with jeans. We like jeans so much that companies have set aside Fridays as a day in which employees get to dress down. Jeans are typical attire for casual Fridays in offices where they would be appropriate the rest of the week. Whether your favorite jeans are the high-fashion pair you just had to own, or an old, ratty pair that fits you in just the right places, chances are good that you will, to some degree, be "forever in blue jeans." |

When it comes to jewelry, one of the favorite pieces for many women out there are pearl earrings. The reason for this is simple: there is nothing more elegant on jewelry than pearls. It may have somethign to do with the simplicity that you find with pearl's. They are bold and beautiful, without being overwhelming. They are there if people want to see them, but they don't stick out like a sore thumb like so many other types of jewelry do. In fact, you can be sure that the right type of people will notice your pearl earrings, and that they will properly accent whatever you are going to be wearing.
Another great thing about pearl earrings is the fact that they don't cost an arm and a leg to buy. Depending on the grade of the peal, you can get a variety of different types of pearl earrings for a lot less then you would expect. |
