I am not a big fan of online shopping. This is because whenever I am doing actual shopping I get to spend time with my friends. It is a ritual that I have become accustomed to and that is why shopping online never crosses my mind because it is going to disrupt the ritual that I adore and look up to every week. There are some things that I have to buy for my clients online. I deal with antiques and jewels and most of the good stuff is found online. I buy most of them on ebay and I pay via PauyPal. I have a business account with paypal that not only pays for the antiques and jewels but also receive and send money to and from and to my client respectively. This is the only time where I will be found shopping online when it comes to my personal life I go to the actual store. There is that thrill that I get when I try out clothes and shoes something I never experience when I am shopping online. |

Shopping for wedding rings at the local pawnshops and jewelry stores in the area is kind of boring. I mean all of the rings they have on display are so barren and looked somewhat identical. How come the rings I found on the internet looked way more interesting? I was coerced by Jana to accompany her look for rings since her boyfriend of 3 years now turned fiance is out of town on business leaving her at the mercy of her friends to go ring shopping. Thankfully I finished my last project (a press release for an advertising job nuneaton) and was able to go out with her on such short notice. Ever since she got engaged she has been on a rampage always going on impromptu activities and though it annoyed her friends in the end we relented. We really didn't have the heart to say to no to her and we also know that when the time comes that we'd go through this kind of phase (the so called pre-wedding jitters) she would always be there for us. |

One of the things that employers should be telling their employees when hiring them is the likelihood of firing them. They should give various reasons why they might fire an employee in order for the employees to be ready when the time comes. Companies do not have to fire because of a misconduct only, but lay offs are there as well, as we witnessed sometimes ago when the economic recession was felt in our country. Once an employee is fired and they saw it coming, they are able to take it quite positively and they can look for unemployment benefits apply for them and move on with their lives as if it was not a big deal. Its also an advantage to the company because in case they will need the employee back to the company, the employee will be willing to come back and work for the company with no hard feelings at all. Prior notice will even earn the employer a respect from his employees, even those who have not been laid off or fired and this is good for the company. |

Having filled in one too many bankruptcy forms in my past, I'm extra careful about my personal finances. There are several things that I do to economize and keep my money in my pocket. The first thing, I only have one credit card and it is kept for emergencies only. If I cannot afford something with the money I already have, I don’t buy it. I also will shop at a bulk store. The store I usually shop at is Costco because this is where my membership is. I buy things at Costco that I can store for a month which allows me not to have to shop every week. The staple things I do buy at local grocery stores but I search for coupons and use them if I have them. One of the biggest things I do to save money is put the maximum amount allowed into my Thrift Savings Plan. This is money I do not miss because I have never seen it. It is a great way for me to know that I will be taken care of into retirement. |

What makes a good administrator? A lot of people ask this question. I think a good administrator should be tolerant and very hard working because they have a lot of responsibilities. The one thing that I do not envy when it comes to administrative duties is the hiring of people, even firing is included in those duties too. Some years ago, the newspapers used to be the main means that people used to inform themselves. They had everything that people wanted, including job vacancies. The coming of computer technology changed things so much. People no longer relied on newspapers but on computers and internet to get informed. Job seekers too started shifting their attention from newspapers to other means of getting advertised jobs. Job centers like Tamworth became the main solution because the job seekers could use their website to get an advertised job and apply for it without hassling so much. When people are watching movies, they do not have the slightest idea on how the movie has been set up and how the actors and actresses have made it possible. One of my friends is an actor and what I have gathered from the friendship that we have and share, is that being an actor or an actress is not an easy task. He says that if he had known all that is entailed from an actor, then he would not have gone ahead and looked for an acting job in tamworth. It is not that he is not a good actor. He is an excellent actor and that is why he gets a lot of acting gigs. From what I have seen, he has a lot of scripts to cram every single day and at times it drives him crazy. The times for shooting the scenes are usually very long and they repeat it all the time until they get it right. At times they shoot during the night and even when it rains or snows. As long as they are required, they have to show up. |

If they will be impressed with the way you talked to them then they will definitely give it to you. But what happens once you take it without them aware of what you are doing? You will definitely not be good in good terms with the person. The same thing happens in a business when some of the business persons use the unscrupulous methods of getting money from the consumers. The most affected are the consumers that do shopping from the internet. When they are making the payments they either use the debit or credit cards. Some of these credit card companies do nit use the right practices and that is why some of them have set up a consumer protection regulations body where they talk about what a consumer should expect from a credit card company. I have come across people in my life who do not think that they would survive if there were no breweries to make drinks that relax one when taken. Many argue that life is too hard as it is and staying sober all the time is not for all people. Others argue that when they drink that is the time they feel that they are enjoying their money because most of it go to other things, in paying bills so at least something small should come back to them. My friend suggested me to try writing articles online to earn some extra income. She gave me websites where I can visit and check if I can do what employers want to.
